Residential Lease Agreement
This Residential Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on the ___ day of __________, 20__, by and between ______________________ ("Landlord") and ______________________ ("Tenant"). The premises leased under this Agreement are located at _____________________________________ ("Premises"). This Agreement is contingent upon the laws of the State of __________, and all references to statutes and laws within this document are to be applied within the context of that state's legal framework.
1. Terms of Lease
The lease term will commence on __________ and end on __________, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement ("Lease Term").
2. Rent

8. Entire Agreement
